Platform Data Use

Effective Date: 7 July 2026 This page explains how VECTORSCALE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("VectorScale Labs", "we", "us", or "our") uses data received from third-party platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp Business Platform, commerce integrations, and customer communication tools, when you connect those platforms to Haulistic, Chatwise, or related VectorScale Labs services. Current Haulistic Instagram Integration Haulistic is the current Meta-connected product operated by VectorScale Labs Private Limited. Businesses can connect their Instagram professional account to Haulistic so they can use selected Instagram content and account information inside their storefront and commerce workflows. The current Haulistic integration requests the Instagram permission needed to connect an Instagram professional account and read selected account and media information. Based on the features enabled by the business, Haulistic may use limited Meta and Instagram data such as: Instagram professional account ID; username or profile identifier; account type, profile name, profile picture URL, biography, website, media count, and follower count where provided by Meta; selected post, reel, media, or carousel child IDs; caption, media type, thumbnail URL, permalink, timestamp, like count, comments count, and limited media metadata needed to display or link selected content; temporary media URLs provided by Meta, where required to render selected content; access tokens, permission status, token expiry, OAuth state, and connection metadata needed to maintain the integration. Haulistic uses this data only to provide the storefront, product, shoppable reel, Instagram highlights, and commerce features selected by the connected business. Haulistic does not sell Meta Platform Data, does not use it for unrelated advertising, and does not share it with unrelated third parties. 2. Chatwise Instagram Integration Chatwise is a VectorScale Labs product for customer conversations and automation. When a business connects Chatwise to Instagram, Chatwise may use Meta and Instagram data to help the business manage comments, DMs, shared inbox workflows, team assignments, saved replies, and automation rules configured by that business. Chatwise uses this data only to provide the selected conversation-management features and does not sell Meta Platform Data. Chatwise integrations are separate from the current Haulistic storefront integration and should be reviewed according to the features enabled by the connected business. 3. Other Platform and Product Data Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, we may receive or process: business, account, page, workspace, permission status, and connection metadata; customer-selected commerce, catalog, product, order, payment, shipping, CRM, analytics, or support data from integrations a customer chooses to connect; WhatsApp Business account, phone number, message, template, delivery status, or conversation metadata only where WhatsApp features are enabled and connected by the customer; technical data needed to authenticate, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the selected product features. We request and use only the permissions needed for the features a customer enables. 4. How We Use Platform Data We use platform data to: authenticate and connect accounts you authorize; display selected Instagram media, storefront content, product links, shoppable reels, or account information in Haulistic; operate customer conversation, inbox, assignment, saved reply, and automation workflows in Chatwise when enabled; connect customer-selected platform data to storefront, catalog, order, or support workflows; debug issues, maintain service reliability, monitor abuse, and secure accounts; provide support, analytics, audit records, and product improvements; comply with law, platform policies, and user requests. 5. What We Do Not Do We do not sell platform data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or profiling outside the connected product feature. We do not permanently archive Instagram or WhatsApp media solely for our own purposes. Media may be displayed, streamed, cached temporarily, or processed only as needed to provide the selected feature. We do not transfer platform data to third parties except to provide the product, operate customer-authorized integrations, comply with law, protect security, or support the customer-directed workflow. 6. Access and Permissions Customers control which accounts and integrations they connect. Access can be revoked by disconnecting the integration in the product where available, removing the app or permissions from the relevant platform settings, or requesting deletion at admin@vectorscalelabs.com. We use access controls and least-privilege practices so personnel can access platform data only where needed for support, security, operations, or legal obligations. 7. Retention and Deletion Platform data is retained only as long as needed to provide the connected feature, support the account, comply with law, maintain security, or resolve disputes. When a connected integration is disconnected, active tokens and connection records are removed or revoked. Associated platform data stored by us is deleted or de-identified according to our Data Deletion Policy. Deletion instructions are available at /data-deletion. 8. User Requests For access, correction, deletion, or platform data questions, email admin@vectorscalelabs.com. If you are an end customer of a business that uses Haulistic or Chatwise, please contact that business first. We will support the business in responding to valid requests where required. 9.
