1. Security Program
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data, platform data, credentials, and service availability.
Our security practices are risk-based and evolve as our products, infrastructure, and customer requirements change.
2. Access Controls
Access to production systems and customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need access for product operations, support, troubleshooting, security, compliance, or legal reasons.
We use least-privilege access principles, account separation, credential controls, and access review practices appropriate to the system involved.
3. Encryption and Transport Security
We use HTTPS and TLS for data transmitted between users, browsers, APIs, and supported services.
Sensitive secrets, tokens, and credentials are protected using appropriate storage controls. Where applicable, data at rest is protected by the infrastructure and database encryption controls provided by our hosting environment and service providers.
4. Infrastructure
Our production services are designed to run on reputable cloud infrastructure and managed service providers. We use environment separation, deployment controls, logging, monitoring, backups, and operational safeguards appropriate to each service.
5. Application Security
We follow secure development practices, including code review, dependency updates, input validation, authentication controls, authorization checks, error monitoring, and logging for important actions.
When security vulnerabilities are identified, we assess severity and prioritize remediation based on risk.
6. Platform Integrations
For integrations such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp Business Platform, we request only the permissions needed for enabled features.
Access tokens and connected account records are stored and used only to provide the authorized service, maintain security, troubleshoot, and comply with platform requirements.
7. Data Minimization and Retention
We aim to collect and retain only the data needed to provide services, support customers, secure systems, comply with law, and operate our business.

8. Incident Response
If we identify a security incident affecting personal data or customer data, we investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected parties or authorities where required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using strong passwords, limiting user access, maintaining secure third-party platform accounts, reviewing connected app permissions, keeping endpoint devices secure, and configuring automations responsibly.
